Google integrates food delivery right from its search results

May 9, 2015: To tap the growing opportunities in online food marketplace, Google USA announced through their blog this week that the users now can place an order from their nearby restaurants right from their search results.

Here's how it works, if you google search for a restaurant, earlier it used to give just an information about the place, now Google let's you choose an option for delivery from search itself by choosing a delivery option for checkout, rather than redirecting to restaurant page.

At the moment, the search engine collaborated with six food delivery service providers - Seamless, Eat24, Grubhub, Delivery.com, BeyondMenu and MyPizza.com.
